Rick Myers
Owner
Rick has over 39 years experience in the die industry. He helped form Impact Alliance in 2004 and has successfully grown the business to be one of the leading full service laser steel rule die shops in North America.
Edward Riga
Technical Sales
Ed Riga is an essential part of the team, and brings 20+ years of experience to the table. He specializes in setting up die cutting tooling, in-line embossing as well as specialty blanking jobs.
Mat Maioli
Customer Service
Mat Maioli is a vital part of the team, and has been with Impact Alliance since the beginning years. As our Customer Service Manager, he's worked with and helped countless customers to ensure complete satisfaction.

Since joining Impact Alliance in 2010, Jim Truett has played a crucial role in the continued success of the business. His exceptional skill set, true passion and creativity has inspired massive growth.
Bob Curtis
Production Supervisor
Bob started in the business 30 years ago. As our Production Manager, he supervises staff, and organizes & monitors work flow. He's a crucial part in getting quality products to our customers with lightning fast turnaround.
Parker Corts
Machine Shop Supervisor
After a thriving career in many different businesses, Impact Alliance was pleased to welcome Parker Corts to the team. As a motivated, results-oriented collaborator, he's helping us achieve new levels.
Lasers
We have two 2000 watt diecutting lasers. The Lasercomb MTL and PRC
Rule Benders
Impact Alliance utilizes five advanced CNC rule benders. 3 ServiForm Idea Machines, a ServiForm EcoPlus and a ServiForm Ecologica.
Boxplan Pinsetters
We are using two Boxplan automatic pinsetters for precision Dynamic Stripper pin and arrow placement.
BSI Bender
The BSI Bender is a particularly powerful accessory that enables steel grid bars to be cut and bent consistently to a much higher standard in a fraction of the time when compared with conventional bending methods.
Precision Waterjet
The water jet cutting machine ProAquaJet automizes the manufacturing of ejected material. Our ProAquaJet 1613 ensures your die runs at top speeds with minimal nicking.
Milling
Precision milling of steel counter plates and phenolics is accomplished with state of the art machinery. We have a Datron ML1500-2 and a ServiForm Milla Plus to ensure reliable backup and top quality product.
