Impact was the first certified BSI blanker manufacturer. Our team can work with you to develop strategies to enhance your blanking while saving you cost.
Lasers
We have two 2000 watt diecutting lasers. The Lasercomb MTL and PRC
Rule Benders
Impact Alliance utilizes five advanced CNC rule benders. 3 ServiForm Idea Machines, a ServiForm EcoPlus and a ServiForm Ecologica.
Boxplan Pinsetters
We are using two Boxplan automatic pinsetters for precision Dynamic Stripper pin and arrow placement.
BSI Bender
The BSI Bender is a particularly powerful accessory that enables steel grid bars to be cut and bent consistently to a much higher standard in a fraction of the time when compared with conventional bending methods.
Precision Waterjet
The water jet cutting machine ProAquaJet automizes the manufacturing of ejected material. Our ProAquaJet 1613 ensures your die runs at top speeds with minimal nicking.
Milling
Precision milling of steel counter plates and phenolics is accomplished with state of the art machinery. We have a Datron ML1500-2 and a ServiForm Milla Plus to ensure reliable backup and top quality product.
